The Restroom Feedback Management System is to facilitate the feedback on the cleanliness in the restroom. The Restroom Feedback Management System is to facilitate the feedback on the cleanliness in the restroom and it comprises of the following items : - - Restroom touch screen feedback device - Restroom feedback management - software - Feedback controller The restroom feedback device is placed near the entrance of a public restroom so that guest is able to rate the cleanliness of the restroom before he leaves. The restroom feedback device displays 4 icons with rating at “ Excellent” , “ Good” , “ Satisfactory” and “ Unsatisfactory” for the evaluation of the cleanliness in the restroom. Comprehensive reports are generated for the management with regards to the cleanliness at time-block at the restroom and the level of satisfaction on the cleanliness by the guests.
